No Katie, this thread was from last June. Still unhappy about it, nevertheless. Wasn’t just me, I had a friend there at the same time and he ended up having to use his wife’s phone.

Yes a have mints and text messages to use and credit. Last time over the month but after when a pass the board start me problem with phone

As your already abroad and have not activated roaming before leaving your number won’t work.

from a different phone you can contact +44 800 079 8586 (freephone) or start a live chat online and a EE representative maybe able to activate the package for you.
