SMS texts I send cannot be received by anyone

I'm with EE and my and my SMS texts cannot be received by anyone. I have a Moto G73 5G phone. RCS works fine and so do phone calls. I can receive texts from everyone. My SMS texts appear to send on my phone ( no failed delivery message) but the person does no receive the text. I have tested this by texting multiple people all of which have different makes/ models of phone and network provider. I've cleared SMS caches, allowed all SMS permissions, rebooted the phone, among many other troubleshooting methods I've researched. However nothing resolved this problem.

I'd be most grateful for any help.

If you send a text to yourself, do you receive it?
