Can't recieve calls or texts

Don't know when it started, but the last call I managed to recieve was at the end of September, and the last Text I recieved was around the same time. Now I can't get reminders to my doctors appointments, or log into anything with two-factor authentication.

I've tried calling 150, but I keep being told I have no credit, despite having £5 of credit.

I've not been out of the country or anything of the sort, but I desperately need my phone to start working again.

This has the symptoms of a PAYG phone that has gone into hibernation due to lack of chargeable activity, except you imply that only automated texts are affected.

Are you able to receive texts from non-automated senders? Can you make calls OK? What happens if you send a text to your own number?

Sorry, for clarity, I dont seem to be able to recieve any calls and texts, not just automated ones.

How can I get my phone out of hibernation if I cannot call 150?
