Hi there

I am travelling to Valencia for 4 days - how do I check if I can use my phone there without incurring additional charges?

@DamienLynch If you took out this contract after the 1/7/21 you’ll get extra charges. For 4 days away you’ll best of not purchasing the roam further and just use the standard £2 per day charge to use your tariff allowance while there.

You just need to text ROAMING to 150 to enable roaming on your account. Do this now as there is no charge
