Hearing Support Help Pages

I just joined EE and after ages searching, I found mention (from 2020) saying there was a Hearing Support Help Page, but of course the link went to a 404 page.......

Is there any help/advice for deaf or hard of hearing people?

Also I have found that I have a thing on my EE account where people can leave a message for me, but I won't be able to hear it so how do I shut this down? Otherwise callers when my phone is off will leave a message but I won't get it.

It says on one of your pages that you can register a disability, but I cannot find how you do this, it would be helpful if I contacted EE or EE contacted me that they knew I was hard of hearing. Thanks any help or advice would be appreciated.
