Voicemail stopped working

My voice may has stopped working and people are unable to leave me voice mail messages. I’ve tried resetting by messaging 150 with VM ON and VM OFF but it keeps saying “Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.”

how can I turn this back on if this isn’t working. I’ve never had a problem before but all of a sudden it’s stopped working

@Ssykes1 - Get in touch with Customer Services, they can toggle the Voicemail on your account their side.
