      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a pay as you go customer. I top up my account £9 every month for renewing my iPhone 12 mini's mobile service. I followed the instruction about connecting WiFi on the underground from a EE help page but still not working. Could anyone please help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
