EE employee abusing power

Basically I contacted EE about 2 weeks ago as my now Ex who works for EE was able to access my account whenever he pleased EE have since put extra security on my account to prevent it from ever happening again.
my query is can I escalate this further as even though this security has been added I feel like he abused his work powers to exercise control and coercion over me.

I have escalated this to a governing body now. As a company you should be looking after your customers not allowing staff to abuse their powers and cause further distress to someone fleeing domestic abuse.
