&lt;P&gt;If you made a supplementary payment after your direct debit had been requested from your bank (this happens a few days before the payment is due), this wouldn't cancel the scheduled direct debit payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were either of the payments successful?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill through the app and they tried to charge the same bill via direct debit! And they cut off my line, I don't understand an operator that cuts off your paid phone number, I can't wait to change operator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
