International calls

Hi,

I'm going through a visa application for Canada but my Phone keeps send the company im doing the visa through (from Canada) straight to voicemail. I have data roaming on, no spend cap, and followed a lot of other advice and add-ons to try and solve this but to no luck. Any idea why it is doing this and how to stop it as i need to be able to receive calls from the visa company.

If I understand correctly, you are in Canada?

Are you on a monthly contract with EE? If that is the case, did you enable roaming on your account?

Are you able to make calls and send text yourself?

Data roaming just means using mobile data whilst roaming, it has no impact on voice-call roaming or text-message roaming.

Are you in the UK now? Or are you in Canada?
