I am also trying to purchase an EU data add on but I can't see any options for doing this.

@justinefb : Have you arrived abroad? Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

I am trying to make sure that when I get to Germany I can actually use my phone. I was not able to do so in France this summer because I was never able to buy the add on pack that the arrival text told me to buy. I do not see any options to buy a 'Roam like Home' pack when I go into my account.

I am on pay monthly. I was not able to use my data in France this summer. The arrival text told me to buy an eu add on but I was never able to find that option. So far, I have been told to buy a £3 EU data add on and a 'Roam as you go' add on, neither of which is an option when I go to subscriptions and packs in my account.

You are unable to add this to your pay as you go account until you arrive at your destination.

You will receive a welcome text with a link which should allow you to purchase the add-on.

Please ensure you have the credit available for your purchase.

@justinefb : You are not on a pay monthly contract. As you top-up, buy 30-day packs & need a 7 Day EU roaming add-on, you are on PAYG.
