Sim-only plans with premium SMS

My partner has a 3 account but is thinking of cganging to ee. She wants a SIM-only plan but wants the ability to use premium SMS as she gives to charity, and is often offered the chance to donate via text. Her current 3 plan doesn't allow this. Does ee do a plan that allows this?

Texting or calling Premium nos. are always chargeable.

All of EE's pay-monthly plans allow chargeable services to be used, which are then added to your monthly bill in arrears.
