    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your billing add-ons are irrelevant, they're just to reduce the cost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per my previous post...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In order to use your phone abroad, you need roaming activated to enable a connection to foreign networks. Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? The process differs, but it's not a phone setting you can change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If PAYG - this is auto-enabled once your phone is used on EE's UK network first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If pay-monthly - this needs enabling, usually by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. Did you do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've still not answered whether you texted ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK, that's the only setting that matters - anything else is futile. If you are on pay-monthly and have travelled abroad without enabling roaming, your phone will not connect to any foreign networks and any phone function that uses a mobile-network-connection will fail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your only recourse now is to contact EE CS from another means - either another working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype, and request roaming is activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
