    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your phone worked in another country, then EE's roaming facility is enabled. Are you connected to the same network as your husband's phone? Often manually selecting an alternative local operator and/or toggling flight mode, will resolve issues such as this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
