I can't find anything on the EE website that confirms the details of my calling plan, i.e. what numbers are chargeable and not included in my monthly allowance. Can anyone point me this?

Also, is it possible to stop unanswered calls going to voicemail?

Your calls allowance includes :

UK landlines starting 01, 02 and 03. Beware some 01, 02 and 03 numbers are not UK, like Isle of Man.
UK mobiles starting 07. Beware some 07 numbers are not UK or are special services.
Freephone 0800 and 0808.

These calls are free of charge from any UK phone, whether it has an allowance or not.

There is a list of all the excluded numbers in the pay-monthly price guide - here

* Freephone 0800 and 0808 are free to everybody regardless of allowances.
