Is this a recent problem? Have you ported your number in from another network? If so, when did you do this? Can you receive calls from other EE users? Can you make outgoing calls OK? Can you receive texts from other networks?

What happens when someone on another network tries to call you?

I can't receive any calls,I can't make calls,but I receive messages.I didn't ported my number.If I try to call from another network the call is rejected.

You initially posted with "can't call from another network", if you cannot receive any calls this is a different problem. By means of advice, you posted with the subject line of your message populated with very basic details - but nothing in the actual message which is where it would be useful to have given some more details.

Does your phone show coverage indicators? If yes - I would recommend calling EE CS on 0800 0798586 as this may be an account-specific issue.
