I got my SIM off EE and got told I would get WiFi calling but I don't and it's still using the number a got from use instead of my number a ported over from BT that's been about six days now and i got told if I switch I would definitely get WiFi calling but I don't what's that all about you can't lie to get me to change to EE from BT and I don't get a signal in my house on the phone I have to go out side and in a flat

Have you turned on WiFi Calling in your phone's settings @Dondontrip1?

Is your BT SIM still working?

Yes but I didn't get wifi calling with there sim either so I have my by sim but it's no good now

Hi @Dondontrip1,

If your BT SIM is still active, there may have been a problem with your number transfer. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can make sure your PAC code has been submitted.

For the WiFi Calling issue, if you turn on aeroplane mode and then turn WiFi back on, does your phone connect to WiFi Calling?
