Same problem, I cannot receive calls from anyone on O2 network…which is most of my family 🙄

Yes, transferred from O2, 10 days ago…it’s with the complex team now. 🤦‍♀️

Been on Plusnet before and Three. Just called tech support and managed to get it back up and running. Worked with a refresh and restart.
