they write that voice messages are disabled. and the answering machine signals with a red light.

If you are still unable to switch off your voicemail by texting VM OFF to 150 please give us a call so our customer care team can look into this further.

Thanks for the help. I have disabled notifications. The answering machine in the device is also disabled, but voice information from the answering machine is coming. Unfortunately , I can 't call because my English is not very good for communication .

Can you call the number from another phone to see if you get the option to leave a voicemail?

unfortunately, my knowledge of English is not so good yet to understand how to leave a voice message on the phone.

Are you able to try call your phone from another phone?

If this just continues to ring without the option to leave a message your voicemail has been switched off.

the call is constantly going on without words. but on the screen there is a red circle above the handset where the inscription "answering machine"

Yes it is displayed in the lower right corner

OK this indicates there is a voicemail that has not been opened @DERBY2022.

If you call your voicemail you will be able to hear this message and then have the option to delete.

The red button will then disappear.

By the sound of you previous post your voicemail has now been switched off so you should not receive any further messages.
