    <description>&lt;P&gt;To clarify though, there's two elements to this&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Roaming is not a phone setting that you can enable, it's a network setting that is done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK, this enables access to foreign networks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your phone may have an option to enable data roaming - this simply means using mobile data whilst roaming. There isn't a phone setting to allow voice-call roaming or text-message roaming, but that would be the equivalent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A billing add-on simply reduces the cost of roaming.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
