Whatever billing add-on you've chosen, your phone needs to be setup to connect to foreign networks which is known as roaming. This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK - did you do this?

If you didn't, then that permission is not inplace and will now cause catch-22 inability to connect. Your only recourse will be to contact CS from another means (Skype or another phone) and reauest roaming is activated.

Hi @Vanessa20231

Did you activate roaming. Buying the roaming add-on does not activate roaming.

You'll need to speak to EE CS via Skype on the number in my signature to activate.

Thanks
