Hi, I'm Unable to use data whilstnon call. Volte on and also on 5G

I've got an S22 ultra and dual sim with BT

I get calls on BT sim and use data on EE.

When on calls I can't use data regardless of which sim is enabled for data.

Both sims show volte and data is showing 5G with EE with good signal

Do I still need to configure something or is this now an EE config issue

Does data work across both SIMs when not on a call?

Yes. Data works on both sims when I'm not on calls.

If data works when not on a call on the BT SIM card, the EE SIM is working and all settings are correct.

Can you use data on the BT SIM card if you use the EE SIM to make a call?

Nope. Data won't work either way regardless on which sim I use.

Somehow the data element is fully disabled when on calls for either sim

This sounds like it could be the phone causing this @webtronix77 if neither SIM card will connect to data.

I would suggest contacting Samsung to see if this is an issue or if the device restricts data when on calls.
