Can't Make Calls, Told Only way is to phoen tech team!!!

Exactly what i have put.

I can actually call Vodafone numbers but not EE or EE customer services or tech support.

The chat that i had to find in billing will not sort it and just keep telling me to call tech team!!

No-one has answered on Twitter.

What am I supposed to do?

Your post is titled "can't make calls" but your message states "can actually call Vodafone numbers" which seems contradictory.

An explanation of your symptoms may help advise further.

What happens when you try and call EE numbers?

Can you text EE numbers?

Had contract over 15 years.

Customer and tech services number will not connect.

I got through on one ee number.

Vodafone numbers have all been fine.

A +31 number will not connect at all.

Texting has always worked, soemtimes a little delay

To expand on my previous comments - can you call landline numbers? Can you call O2 numbers?

What happens when you try calling one of the numbers you're having issues with?

Other forum users can only advise based on what you've explained in these posts.

I was able to call one landline number. Just tested with O2 and was able to connect.
Definite issue calling a +31 number and EE tech services. Others have not worked but not known their networks.

I get "Calling..." and it doesn't connect. I can redial many times and it is not working. 08 .. number I have for EE also doesn't work
