    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am travelling Latin America. Was in Mexico and had a data pass and now am in Columbia. I can't get data here and I have no signal to call EE or to text 150, therefore I am stuck without data OR any way to contact EE. Please help and also provide more solutions for travellers. I cannot call or text&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you have coverage in Mexico? And did you receive a welcome text message on arrival in Colombia?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That would be good evidence of roaming being active, in which case manually connecting to an alternative local network is usually a good first test.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had coverage in Mexico cus I had 4g to text 150 and get a data pass. Here I don’t get any coverage 3/4/5g so I can’t message 150 or call. How do I connect to a local network?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've had coverage abroad previously, you have roaming activated which is EE's part of the jigsaw.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your phone's network connection menus will have options for automatic network selection or to search and connect manually. Toggling flight mode will force an auto re-connection, which often resolves local network issues - otherwise perform a manual network search and try each available network separately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
