Roaming will not connect with any local network in Vancouver

I’m in Vancouver Canada with an Ee phone on my uk account. It will not connect with local networks just SoS calls or No Service so I am royally stuck in so many ways. Roaming is on.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

If roaming is activated then it should connect. Have you tried manually selecting a network. If you have just purchased a roaming add on and roaming is not activated then you wont connect.

If you can connect to wifi then you can skype EE on the number in my signature to activate roaming.

What is your basis for saying "roaming is on"? If your phone cannot connect to any local network in a foreign country, those are the symptoms of roaming not being active.
