got the same issue wifi calling no longer working, done all the above ,using an iphone 12

Do you have a strong mobile signal in your home?

If you turn on airplane mode, then activate WiFi, does your phone connect to WiFi Calling?

Have you been able to test another phone on your WiFi to see if WiFi Calling works OK?
