I need to stop call divert to landline answerphone and set up mobile voicemail

Hi!

Long ago, I set my mobile call divert to my home landline answer machine

But I'm dumping the landline so I need to set up voicemail on my phone

I can't remember how I set it up all those years ago!

Can anyone offer clear direction, please?

Thanks for coming here.

What phone are you using?

Can you view the divert in your phone call settings and cancel this?

To activate voicemail you can text VM ON to 150 if this is currently turned off.

Hi Leanne,

I'm currently using an iphone, but this facility was set up years ago,
possibly on an old Samsung, I really can't remember how long ago or which
phone

The call divert isn't set up on the iphone, nor is voicemail

I don't have another number to divert to, so want to set up the voicemail
for messages

So, I've concluded it's a network feature!

In this case I would recommend speaking with our technical care team on 150.

The team will have access to your account and will be able to view this further.

All phones will have a call divert menu, where you can set various diverts - either an "unconditional" divert all calls, or "conditional" diverts for when your phone is unreachable, busy or no answer.

You can use this menu to configure your diverts as you desire.
