I’m in Croatia. Pay monthly and cannot make calls or text at all. WhatsApp fine

I can use WhatsApp and send emails but cannot call or text at all. Pay monthly. Husband who is on same contract and linked phones can call and text.

Does your phone show a connection to any Croatian networks? Being on the same account as another user is immaterial, what matters is whether your phone has roaming enabled - which allows access to foreign networks. Are you using those internet-based functions over mobile data or WiFi?

Roaming is usually activated by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. Did you do this?

Same issue here but in Bulgaria. Didn’t text 150 before leaving.. never had to before. Is this a new issue? Data roaming works but calls and texts don’t. What do I do?

Can you access data when not connected to WiFi?

What happens when you try and make a call?

Have you tried selecting other networks in your phone settings to see if you can make calls and send texts?

Access to data is working perfectly and phone is definitely not connected to Wi-Fi.
when trying to make a call, it simply says “call ended” no ringing or nothing.
other networks out there give the same problem. Really can’t understand it.

Restarted it many times. No change.
can’t receive calls or texts.
Is it the mobile phone ? It’s an Honor smartphone. Works fine in the UK.

I called EE from husbands phone. Lovely guy sorted it whilst I was on phone. Was not my fault. Network issue.
