Cannot Dial or receive calls in France

Phone has stopped receiving or dialling calls in France cannot contact EE numbers Text and WhatsApp all work but cannot even dial voice mail, tried all settings and turned phone on and off. This same issue with the wires phone

Could you try manually searching for another available network? Are you on contract or pay as you go?

My issue was with a glitch at EE regarding roaming setup Talked to there technical operator and after resetting both my Wife’s and my roaming configuration we are back up running thanks

i raised the issue of being able to contact EE support I was lucky and could borrow another none EE phone to contact them but they need another way of contact e-mail or chat with real person. Operator I spoke to was very helpful and friendly nice to talk to
