My son is currently in Germany. He has done the roaming checker while in uk prior to leaving. And we added a £10 limit on spend cap as advised by EE but unfortunately he is not able to use WiFi or his data? Please help

@Linz63 : Use over WiFi has nowt to do with EE. EE only provides roaming over the mobile networks providing you have followed its rules & can pay its costs.

Therefore suspect the device!
