I am having issues calling one number from any EE mobile, getting nowhere calling EE on 150

Hi Leane

You can call this number from another network, landline, including a hosted based phone system

If you call from any (we have tried 5 differnet mobiles on EE) EE you get number busy

I work for a telecoms company and this is one of our customers who are now not getting calls

Number is not in my contacts

No Blocks, they can call me

When i last called 150 for help even Ros from EE could not ring the number

It may be worth, the account holder of the number in question calling us to run through some checks and see what could be causing this.

I did try this but the password was wrong i will try and get the right one and call in again

We would need to speak to the account holder they can call 150 and speak to us @SimonEQ

We've just had this issue my wife and our son. Hes on iphone and wife on Samsung

He could ring her abut she cant ring him. we checked blocked call lists on both phones and each other wasnt present. tried alsorts. ended up restarting both phones and bingo. both phones can now call each other.
