I have the addon but cannot make calls or text how do I get this enabled

Hello @ElaineM2.

Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Purchasing the add-on does not automatically activate roaming.

I didn’t know we had to do the text I bought the addon for me and my daughter so bought it twice and neither can make calls Is there a solution as we are already in the USA
