EE numbers can't call/text me

Anyone have issues where EE numbers specifically can't call or text them?
So far I have come across two EE numbers that can't contact me. My number has been attached to different networks/sims/phones, so I don't think it is on my end.

Usually the opposite is the case, that if there's a problem with your routing data that "on-net" calls are OK but other networks may have issues.

Is this a recent problem?

Been nearly two years now I've known at least one number to not work. Just recently I came across another EE number that can't contact me. I can call them, but texts don't go through. They can't call or text me. Both people are on iPhones.

I'm not. I'm on Three. It's only been EE numbers that can't contact myself it seems. My number was previously on Lebara and it did the same thing, so I don't think it is with me.

Do the EE numbers have your number saved as a contact in their phones?

If so, can they check the details of the contact and make sure the number for you is showing correct and not blocked in any way.

They are stored and both correct/not blocked in any way.

If they type your number manually into the keypad to call, does it go through, @gwahiir?

Got them to type it in manually and comes up as a message saying incorrect
number
