Using my mobile in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Hello there,

I'm travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina via Croatia next week, and need to be able to make calls and send text messages.

The EE website suggests a '60 minutes anywhere' add on, for calls and texts for £13.03 per month. I would only need one month's add on, as I'm away for two weeks in total.

The problem is; how do I purchase this add on?? I've just transferred from Plusnet Mobile, and the EE website is sending me in circles and driving me nuts!!

Any advice??

@Gerard14 you can purchase that via your My EE account. Don’t forget to text ROAMING to 150 so roaming is enabled on your account as purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming.

Will I be charged a daily roaming charge on top of the £13.03 add on charge?

I don't appear to have an account option. When I log on I can only access my profile page. Could this be due to transferring from Plusnet? I only commenced the process on 15 September, and could only set up my login password this morning. Will this resolve without further action on my part?

No, there isn't a daily roaming charge for Bosnia and Herzegovina, @Gerard14.

Check out this roaming tool for the costs and add-ons available there.
