Can not receive calls

Can not receive calls but can still make them.

Not on flight mode. Not on do not disturb mode.

Have taken out and replaced my sim.

Still a problem.

Have tried calling EE but on turn phone for over an hr and still in a queue.

Is this affecting all calls? What does the caller hear when attempting to call you?

It goes to voicemail.

If I go into my sim card manager it shows Message and calls are both greyed out.

I have tried another network sim and it is working fine.

It must be a problem with the network provider or the sim card.

I still can not get through to EE customer services.

Should I order another sim or wait and try to get through to EE?
