I cant make or receive calls today

I cant make or receive calls today. I have a monthly EE contract. Can't do network nor whatsapp either. I don't have other phone so can't call 150. Tried to switch off the mobile and switch on again but it doesn't work. It seems no network suddenly but I could make call yesterday. Can someone please help?

Add: When I tried to make calls, there was no tone and it ended with "call failure". Appreciate the technical support would help me. Thank you!

Sorry to hear about your phone troubles. Could you try checking the status of the network in your area on our coverage checker please? Just pop your postcode in and hit 'check status'.
