Does the speaker work for other functions? Such as videos or music files?

yes, it work for videos, but when someone call me I answer the speaker doesn’t work for phone call messenger WhatsApp

i try everything nothing work

it’s iPhone 7

This could indicate a hardware fault. I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team who'll run through some diagnostics with you before advising if the phone needs to be repaired.
