Hi I'm wondering if anyone at EE can help please? I am currently 8 months into a 24 month anytime upgrade plan, but don't like my phone as having multiple issues with bugs, overheating and battery life (pixel 7 pro). I am happy to pay the early upgrade £100 fee to change to samsung s23 ultra. My questions are:

Can I use an NHS perk code for discount?

The s23 is currently adveras coming with a galaxy smartwatch, would I get this offer with the early upgrade?

The watch is available when purchasing any Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on any plan. Good As New devices are not included.

You cannot get the perk discount if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. It is not available with Family & Friends, 10% Multi-line, early upgrade discount, Good as new devices, or any wearable device.
