how do I go around using my phone in greece?

if you want to use it like your home you would need to make sure roaming is all set up as an addon and roaming is turned on, on your device or if you want to just use it for wifi you won't have to do anything

Please text ROAMING to 150 before travelling if you have a pay monthly account to make sure the account is set up for roaming 🙂

To add to bradster's comment, WiFI is just a connection between a mobile device and broadband router which has nothing to do with EE's mobile network. WiFi-calling is not supported abroad, but will incur roaming charges if it does work.
