Cannot make or receive calls

I couldn't make or receive calls.last week. Got a replacement sim and still having the same problem although I can now send and receive messages. Did have sim error and network error but number is now showing in sim 1 but greyed out. Have reset.phone cleared cache etc but still not working. Any ideas of what else I can do!

Have you ever been able to make calls and texts OK using the EE SIM and device?

What phone are you using?

It's a brand new sim activated last week in a ee store. The phone was working with another ee sim then stopped.working suddenly hence the replacement sim. No ee sims work in the phone. I have just used an 02 sim and can call out and receive calls with.no problem so it seems to be an ee error I think. You can send and receive text messages on the sim just not make or receive calls. Even WiFi calling doesn't seem to work.

Hi I've tried another couple of.ee sim and neither work at all. It's.really weird because it was an ee phone but its.only ee sim that won't work all of a sudden

Yes and they do work in other phones

Where did you purchase the phone @Nickis75?

Could it be locked to another network?

Hi James

It was purchased from ee and not locked to another network. It has worked absolutely fine until last week when we were unable to make or receive calls. We.went into the ee store and changed the.sim and also used another new sim both.provided by ee in store. You can send and receive text messages just not make or receive calls. It says not registered to network
