I took a new contract o 27 July sim only, 60gb and was told £16 all in including roaming for 12 months, the term of the contract, hey presto, !! I arrive in Italy with texts to tell me I will be charged for roaming. On a call to ee the operator tells me she has sorted it out and I now see a charge of what I see as £15 extra a month for roaming. If not sorted out I think o2 will see me a calling as they still do roaming included so do smarty!!

@Keith1720 Do you have that in writing to say you’ll get free roaming? No contract since 7th July 2021 has had roaming included it’s a paid for extra to use your allowances in the EU. To terminate your contract early you’ll be required to pay off that contract to the minimum term date and you’ll get a 4% discount on that price.

It costs to roam! Either £2.29 each day or £15 per billing month.

In writing., verified by agent listening to recording with manager as offered on 27 July 23, I think this is a null and void contract o2 here I come sounds viable
