i am in the czech republic can dial uk landline not mobiles

I am in CZ can call uk landlines however the ee land line number doesnt work either. I cannot call mobile numbers and i cant use 150 as this is an emergency nr in europe (like 999)

Any ideas? I have reset the phone i have roaming data works fine only issue is when you call a mobile i get automated cz message stating the number is either switched off or engaged?

Never had problem before and been going back and forth for many years with same sim and phone

?????????

Hearing a recorded message usually indicates international calling is barred on your account.

Do you have access to another phone you could call Customer Care from?

International is not barred I spend half my time in Europe and no such issues.

Are you able to try manually connecting to another local network to see if this issues persists?

Yes I tried that. Still an issue but believe that Ee were having a problem with any calls to Vodafone which is now resolved

Are the calls you are trying to make to a Vodafone number?

Have you tried restarting your phone since this was resolved?

Mainly but got through now. Last night I finally got through to the Ee abroad nr
And they had a recorded message stating they couldn't take any calls but there was an issue across the network. Hopefully now resolved.
