I tried to put call forwarding to my voxi pay monthly number. It says its done. But then if folk call my ee number all calls are not being connected.

When did your issues start? There is an issue with calls to & from VF (from all networks) today - Voxi is a VF-MVNO.

My EE issue has been ongoing now since last Thursday. I wasn't aware of a VF issue though that might explain why when forwarding that is why they are getting that message. So my EE is broken and my Voxi is broken. Back to pen and paper me thinks 🙂
