order phone while abroad

hi, my phone completely broke, and i am just trying to order a new one but i have to call EE before it is delivered.

This makes total sense, only the issue is I am in Vietnam and I cannot call the UK number. Does anyone have any advice? How long do you have to call them about the phone? It is currently the 3rd Sept, and I am not back until the 8th.

Is there an email I can use?

@nelldeak1 your best option is to purchase a cheap phone there put your EE sim in it and when you back in the UK order your phone.

Deliveries of new phones are to the UK registered address.
