Please can you explain why my phone will not call UK numbers land lines and Uk mobile numbers UK I can call friends in the USA also I have had one call from our vets in the UK I have a add on to my contract this is now been going on since 2019 I am not happy with this I have a now 83 old mum and only answers the landline I have a on going email with one of your tech guys but I think he as given up with me all my settings are as my husband

Does your phone show a connection to a US network?

Having a billing add-on does not enable the roaming facility which is what allows access to foreign networks.

It is showing AT&T

when I try to ring it sounds as an engage sound to all numbers

Which roaming add-on do you have? Do you have an active spend cap that could be blocking the calls?
