You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

Which number are you looking for? If it's a PUK, you'll find it in your My EE account.

If EE has blocked my number, can I unblock it? if so how do I do it?

I don't understand, I need my sim number unblocked by EE, all my apps are linked to number, so if I try to recover my account and they sent a code to that number I won't be able to receive it

Hi @HighSage444

You have posted on a thread about needing a PUK code to unblock the SIM card if the PIN code to enter the phone has been entered wrong and the SIM has been blocked, is this what you need or has your SIM card stopped working?

@HighSage444 : It's not EE who've blocked your SIM but yourself by entering your PIN wrongly too many times so as to require its PUK to unblock it.

EE has told me they have blocked my number but thank you i will phone them and try and sort it that way
