Will I be able to receive calls and texts while in the EU?

I am on a 30 day sim plan. I have enabled roaming, but I do not want to incur any charges while abroad, so have set my spending cap to £0 (and won't be purchasing a roaming add-on). I will not be making any calls/texts, but I was wondering if I will be able to receive calls and texts. Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the community.

Receiving calls when abroad is a chargeable service, so if you have a £0 spend cap, you won't be able to receive calls. You will be able to receive text messages though.
