Being charged to use my home allowance in spain but wont let me call out

Hello i am using my galaxy s23ultra in majorca,ive conected to the orange network and have had a text saying i will be charged £2.50 a day to use my home allowance,however when i try calling out i get a message from orange saying this isnt allowed,text and data work fine,this happenend a couple of months ago in feurtoventura any ideas anybody ?

It sounds like there is an international calling bar on your account.
