    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 14; there was no service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a replacement sim has been sent out and 24hours later there is still no service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-I have reset the network settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-turned the divide off and on / refreshed with airplane mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-checked network setting etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If neither applies, then just swapping the working SIM from old phone to new phone is a quick way to avoid unnecessary replacement of working SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does either SIM work in your old phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This would suggest an account-specific issue which would need account access to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;
