how can I speak with EE costumer service via Skype?

I have red someone else could speak with EE costumer service via Skype, I can´t call to the free number in UK because my phone it seems to be unable to send or make even free calls

You should be able to call CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

You don't need a mobile network to do it. You can do it over WiFi.

Skype is just an Online Messaging service. You just click "New Call" & type or touchpad your no. & you just talk as normal once connected.

Thnaks for your help. I think I need to add EE as a contact in order to call them via skype is it possible to get EE contact first I´ve got this number +448000798586 but I´m afraid I need more guidance to dial it

That is the correct number for EE CS. It has nowt to do with your phone Contacts and does not need to be an existing contact in Skype. You just type it into Skype.

Dunno! Don't see it should be much different. Does it have free calling?

I'm familiar with Skype, not with WhatsApp. So I can only advise you on the former.

Just for future reference, you can only WhatsApp someone else who has WhatsApp - EECS does not have that feature.

With Skype you can link into the telephone network, although for some calls you will have to pay. Both apps can work over a Wi-Fi network.

Of course! I forget that! EE would also need to be on WhatsApp whereas with Skype the recipient only needs to be on the phone, not needing Skype itself.

So, @dosanimales1973 , it's Skype you need to be using, not WhatsApp.
